With 20+ years experience as strategy consultant and senior executive in the telco/media industry with international scope (ex PWC, IBM, FOX, DISCOVERY, PARAMOUNT) Daniel brings a wealth of valuable expertise to the clients of Global Media Consult.

Daniel has a strong business acumen from roles on company boards and in leadership positions. He is well versed in a multitasking approach from business development to effective Go-To-Market strategies; from business operation of complex services in different markets to strategy and product definition and all the way to actual launch and evolution in a given market.

In his executive roles, he was directly responsible for revenue streams and business KPIs and demonstrated proven results in different monetisation models in the content and managed services businesses.

He is known as a true “hands on” expert in navigating the complexity of multinational/matrixial organizations with the ability to mix the necessary push with diplomacy to make things happen, and his ability to involve all stakeholders from CxO to operational levels across different functions (executive, mkt/comms, legal, tech, ops, finance, customer care…)

Daniel has a unique set of very strong product and project management skills with proper technical literacy to define customer journeys and transfer business goals into actionable Commercial/UX/tech/ops requirements and to follow up expected progress.

He is an effective researcher with wide experience in both qualitative/quantitative analysis from internal and external sources (i.e. including ad hoc focus groups) to support new product launches and optimal NPS levels of existing products/services.
